Oversee the design and construction of large-scale solar power plants. In this role, you will be responsible for design coordination, site supervision during construction, contractor coordination, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supervision roles
- Registered engineer in Croatia chamber of civil engineers
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to travel to construction sites (in Croatia)

2. Junior electrical engineer
Support the design of utility-scale solar power plants. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the renewable energy sector while working on impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of electrical designs, layouts, and schematics
- Support senior engineers in preparing technical documentation and calculations
- Work with design software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, etc.)
- Coordinate with project teams and contribute to design reviews
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or final-year student
- Interest in renewable energy and solar technologies
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good English communication skills
